Governor Umo Eno has called on Christians to embrace the message of hope and renewal inherent in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, describing it as the ultimate victory for believers worldwide.
The Governor made this call while attending an Easter service at All Nations Christian Ministry International in Eket, where he delivered a message titled “The Restoration of Hope,” drawn from Gospel of Luke 24:13–21.

Speaking to the congregation, Governor Eno emphasized that the resurrection of Christ symbolizes the triumph of life over despair, urging believers to remain steadfast in their faith regardless of life’s challenges.
He noted that in Christ, there is no room for hopelessness, but rather a promise of power, renewal, success, and joy.

He further encouraged Christians to trust in God’s presence and sovereignty, affirming that “when God stands with you, no one can stand against you.”
According to the Governor, the resurrection has not only restored hope but also reaffirmed the identity and future of believers, calling on them to walk boldly in that assurance.

The Easter celebration, which commemorates the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, continues to serve as a cornerstone of the Christian faith, inspiring millions around the world with its message of redemption and eternal hope.
